How To Register

Thank you for choosing Fresh Start Business Center for your online course needs!

Step 1:  Register and Payment
Registration is taken by fax (1-662-447-2652), US mail, and in person Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the Business Center (242 West Main Street) in Okolona. If you fax or mail your registration, please call 662-447-3222 to ensure your registration has been received. Registration must be received by noon on the course beginning date. Late registrations for these classes are not accepted. Please call 662-447-3222 if you need any help or have any questions! 

Step 2:  Search for Your Course(s) and Enroll Online
You may now begin the class selection process. To begin select a start date and the class/classes you intend to take. New Students  will be provided a username, and password. 


Step 3:   Begin Your Course
Courses start monthly. You will be able to start your course(s) as soon as the start date you choose arrives.   You must submit the Lesson 1 Quiz within 7 days of the start date to avoid losing access to your class.

Step 4:  Complete Your Course
Please note Fresh Start Business Center has special requirements: You must submit the quiz for each lesson and have a score of 80 or higher on the first attempt of the final exam to earn a certificate issued by Fresh Start Business Center. The score earned on the first attempt of the final exam is official; subsequent attempts are not accepted. Official Fresh Start Business Center Division of Continuing Education certificates will be mailed approximately two weeks after successful course completion

All refund requests must be made to the Fresh Start Business Center in writing or emailed to gofreshstart@yahoo.com. All refunds are issued as checks.

  • For requests received at least 2 business days prior to the start of the class: 100% refund.
  • There are no refunds after that.

CANCELLATIONS
The Fresh Start Business Center reserves the right to cancel any under-enrolled class and return all fees. Faculty substitutions and other rescheduling may be made if necessary.

CONFIRMATIONS

You are officially enrolled when we receive your registration and payment. We will contact you only if there is a change in your class. If you are not contacted, your class will meet as scheduled. Please make a note of your course information.
